snl_back2youIt was pretty much a foregone conclusion that the Super Bowl blackout that played out on TV screens last Sunday would find its way into a “Saturday Night Live” sketch six days later. Last’s night’s outing opened with a sketch riffing on how the CBS broadcast team, forced to improvise for 34 minutes, began to run out of things to talk about.

While there was certainly a lot of squirming in the broadcast booth, there was plenty of chatter on social networks, even though technically speaking, most people gave the Web the night off.

Anyway, if you didn’t see it last night, here’s the sketch, courtesy Hulu.
