Go Daddy Acquires Mobile Site-Building Startup M.Dot
Web hosting and domain giant Go Daddy announced Monday that it has acquired M.Dot, a startup whose self-serve app allows users to build their own mobile websites directly from the application. This is Go Daddy’s first acquisition under former Yahoo chief product officer Blake Irving, who left Yahoo to become Go Daddy CEO in December. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
