Facebook Aims to Attract More Mobile Developer Hearts and Minds With New Conferences

Facebook announced today that it is planning a series of conferences for mobile developers in the coming months.

The first will take place April 18 in New York, and will be followed by events in London and Seoul. The focus will be on topics such as integrating Facebook login and Open Graph into apps for Android, iOS and the mobile Web.

“Over the last year, Facebook has worked hard to improve our mobile offerings,” the company said in a blog post announcing the events.

Facebook is also working hard to make mobile a bigger part of its business plan, a key concern of Wall Street.
