Google Signs Up Behavio Team

Behavio, developer of an Android platform that uses smartphones to gather behavioral data, is closing up shop and sending its engineering talent to Google. In a message posted to its blog Friday, Behavio said it is winding down operations as a standalone entity as its team heads over to Google to “work on exciting things.” Google confirmed the move, but noted that this was neither acquisition nor “acqhire.”
