Sheryl Sandberg on Facebook, One Year After the IPO (Video)

It’s been a long, rough road for Facebook after the company was first listed on the Nasdaq exchange one year ago. The stock, which debuted at $38 per share, dropped drastically almost immediately after its debut; the stock is currently trading at around $23 per share.

Check out Sandberg’s thoughts on being a public company, one year in, in conversation with Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg at our D: All Things Digital conference.
