Media mogul Barry Diller says all Americans are entitled to the free, over-the-air broadcasts that the IAC-backed, TV-over-the-Internet venture Aereo provides. CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker doesn’t necessarily disagree, but he’s adamant that the broadcasters who create them are paid and he’s not sure the advertising-based revenue model Diller proposes is going to work.
