RetailMeNot Files to Go Public

RetailMeNot, the coupon aggregation service, filed its S-1 statement to go public on Monday afternoon. The number of shares offered and debut price haven’t been determined yet, but the company’s rather apt stock ticker has: RetailMeNot will be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker “SALE.”
