U.K. Orders Google to Delete Data
A U.K. regulator has ordered Internet search giant Google Inc. to delete Internet user data or face criminal proceedings.
The Information Commissioner’s Office, which oversees data privacy in the U.K., said Friday that it had served Google with an enforcement notice over the collection of payload data by its Street View cars in the U.K.
