Twitter Updates Vine for Android
Vine, the Twitter-owned short video sharing service, updated its Android-based mobile app, bringing it up to speed with the company’s iOS application. Among the updates to the app are the ability to “re-Vine” content in the stream (like a retweet), additional channel categories for video discovery, and a host of new camera tools for shooting videos. Android users can also use a “capture” widget, a shortcut icon installed on the Android home screen that lets users shoot video immediately.
