Casual-Game Company King Names Chief Financial Officer

King, the casual-game maker behind the breakaway mobile hit Candy Crush Saga, has named Hope Cochran as chief financial officer. Cochran most recently comes from her CFO position at Clearwire, and has held several VP and SVP financial roles in her career. The move comes as King has reportedly tapped bankers to pursue a potential U.S. initial public offering.
