The new marketplace for health insurance isn’t the only big launch today: The Grand Theft Auto Online expansion goes live.
It’s a free downloadable update for PlayStation and Xbox gamers who own Grand Theft Auto V. Fans of the series will get to do more of what they love: create a customized avatar and freely roam a life-like world. They’ll just get to do it with other people roaming around too.
