Twitter just updated the world on its plans for the most anticipated public offering since Facebook in a new filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange, as a counterpoint to the Nasdaq, which took a lot of criticism for the botched Facebook offering last year.

Shares of Nasdaq, which itself is a publicly traded company, fell about one percent on the news that it had lost out on the Twitter offering in what had been seen as a competitive offering.

“This is a decisive win for the NYSE,” NYSE spokeswoman said in an emailed statement. “We are grateful for Twitter’s confidence in our platform and look forward to partnering with them.”

Additionally, CNBC reported that Twitter’s road show will begin on Oct. 25. The network also reported that Twitter is expected to price after the markets close on Nov. 14 and to debut for trading on Nov. 15. Mark your calendars.
