Apple Spanks WiLAN in Patent Fight

WiLAN managed to squeeze some money out of BlackBerry and Hewlett-Packard with its patent infringement suits, but it won’t be reaping any windfalls from Apple. Apple declined comment. WiLAN shares are down nearly 3 percent in after hours trading.
