Twitter’s IPO Prices at $26 Per Share

Twitter’s initial public offering was expected to price at $25 to $28 a share, and that’s exactly where it has come in. Moments ago, the microblogging service said its IPO of 70 million shares has priced at $26 a share. At that price, Twitter will have a market capitalization of approximately $14 billion when it opens for trading Thursday morning on the New York Stock Exchange.
