IBM CFO Loughridge to Retire at End of Year
Computing giant IBM said that CFO Mark Loughridge will retire from the company on Dec. 31. Martin Schroeter, General Manager of IBM Global Financing, will replace him. IBM made the announcement in a regulatory filing. IBM shares fell more than two dollars — more than one percent — to $177.50 in after-hours trading following the filing.
