Life360 Gets $7M to Make Smart Home Products Aware When Families Are Home
Life360, an app maker that enables families to constantly share their location with each other, wants to make itself more useful. It has taken $7 million in funding from private equity group Duchossois (adding to a previously announced $10 million Series B round) to bring “family awareness” (a.k.a. discerning whether people are home or not) to smart devices like the Chamberlain garage-door opener and Brivo Labs locks.
