Unpacking Twitter’s Secret IPO Memos With the SEC

Twitter has released secret correspondence with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the months leading up to its initial public offering. These memos were kept out of view until today.

Overall, the SEC’s feedback provides an interesting look at what it deemed Twitter needed to disclose before going public. On several occasions the SEC pushed Twitter to offer more information.
