Natalie Fonseca

Marketing Director, D: All Things Digital

A graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, Natalie Fonseca held a variety of odd jobs in Los Angeles before deciding to relocate to Silicon Valley. Once there, she worked at Upside Media, first in the conferences division and then in the editorial department. She left Upside in 1999 to become an early employee of a KPCB/Sequoia-backed start-up, which was everything she expected, minus the making-it-big part. In 2003, she founded SageScape LLC, an event-management consultancy that specializes in planning and marketing conferences for the tech industry, and she's been working ever since on a variety of events, including D: All Things Digital. She also serves as the managing producer of Tech Policy Summit, an annual conference that she and her business partner launched in 2006.
