Donnie and Kathy Fulbright used to live in a single-story building on a half acre in rural North Carolina. Now they have a 4,200-square-foot home on 49 acres, purchased with some of the $1.7 million Apple paid them to move: Steve Jobs and company needed their land for a $1 billion data center, set to open soon.
