AsiaD has sold out. Registrations will no longer be taken for the conference.

AsiaD: All Things Digital will take place October 19-21, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The Standard Registration fee is US$3,495 and includes access to conference sessions, conference materials, scheduled meal functions and social events.

The online registration forms are written in English. We have translated the registration pages and instructions into Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Please click on the appropriate language to download the PDF.

This conference will be conducted in English. Simultaneous translation of the conference sessions will be available in (Mandarin) Chinese and Japanese.

Hotel Reservations

The All Things Digital team has secured hotel rooms at the following discounted rates applicable for single or double (as noted). A 10% service charge will be added onto the room rate.

You can reserve a room through the online conference registration process.

Rates are available until September 2, 2011 or while rooms are available and the following hotel policies apply to all reservations.

  1. Attendees who wish to stay at the Grand Hyatt for the AsiaD conference will be required to reserve their room for the two nights of Wednesday, October 19 and Thursday, October 20, at minimum. Exceptions to this policy will be made for Speakers only.
  2. Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card during the reservation process. The full room price, plus service charges and tax, for your entire stay will be charged to your card by The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in Hong Kong dollars.
  3. There will be no refunds after Friday, September 2, 2011. Late cancellation after this date or any no-shows on the day of arrival will be charged the entire period of stay. The reservation will be released at 12:00pm the day following the no-show date.
  4. Any changes to your hotel reservation must be made through the AsiaD Housing and Registration Office, not the Grand Hyatt Hotels.

Registration Transfer Policy:

Transfers and Substitutions are accepted. To transfer your registration, provide your request in writing and email it to the Conference Registrar at registration@allthingsd.com.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Conference registration fees are refundable, less a US$500 service charge, until Friday, September 9, 2011. After September 9, refunds will not be issued. To receive a refund, please provide your request in writing and email it to the Conference Registrar at registration@allthingsd.com.
