HP Hires Former Amazon Kindle Exec Mike Nash

And here’s yet another new hire at Hewlett-Packard. The tech giant has recently hired a former Amazon executive to join the consumer portion of its PC business. As first reported by GeekWire, and since confirmed by a company spokesman, Mike Nash, a former vice president at Amazon’s Kindle business unit, joined HP within the last month. He reports to Ron Coughlin, senior vice president of consumer PCs. Nash would be another of several recent executive departures at Amazon.
