Facebook COO Sandberg Sells $26 Million in Shares
Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of Facebook, sold nearly 1 million shares of company stock on Friday, according to an SEC filing. The sale comes after a strong November on the Nasdaq for Facebook shares, as the stock price rose nearly 40 percent over the past 30 days.
