InComm Buys Giftango, With Eye on Digital Gift Cards
InComm, an Atlanta-based company specializing in the distribution of prepaid cards, has acquired Portland, Ore.-based Giftango for an undisclosed sum. The seven-year-old company will help InComm expand into the sale of digital gift cards, including distribution through email, text messaging and mobile wallets.
