Apple Settles iPhone Water Damage Suit

Apple has agreed to pay $53 million to settle a class action lawsuit claiming it failed to honor warranties on iPhones and iPods. Wired reports that Apple has agreed to the settlement without admitting wrongdoing. It is expected to be approved in the coming weeks.
