Turns out that Bravo’s upcoming “Silicon Valley” is produced by Randi Zuckerberg, described by a press release as an “Internet guru.” (Weirdly or not, it doesn’t mention that until last summer, she worked at Facebook, or that her brother is her brother.)

So maybe it will be good, after all.

So, who wants to identify these future “techie superstars”? AllThingsD’s current techie superstar Liz Gannes flagged The Next Web’s Hermione Way for me — she’s the one who sounds like her name might be Hermione — but the rest are unknown to this cranky old New Yorker. Help me out, crowd!

But that’s not all! Bravo is doubling down on techie glamour with a second show, which will follow around Cheezburger Network’s Ben Huh and the rest of his LOLcat-ing crew. Working title is … “Huh?” Really. Sadly, no teaser clip here. But I am 100 percent confident that Kara Swisher is watching every minute of both of these.

I’ll admit, if asked and my life depended on it, BoomTown could not tell you what the bizarre Web 2.0 phenomenon of Julia Allison is exactly.

I would hazard a guess, if pressed, which would be: Geek-pretending “Gossip Girl.”

Hey, I am not trying to be snotty either, as I totally get the pretty girl flouncing about and giggling in an online video thing, especially if you throw in an iPhone or two.

But I am obviously too old–well, even 20 years ago, I would have been too old–to really appreciate its profound superficiality, even if the kids love it.

In any case, this spoof of some slick life-blogging site called NonSociety recently started by by Allison and two other unusually hyperactive ladies, which was done by Richard Blakeley and called “NomSociety”, is definitely entertaining and made me laugh out loud several times.

But, I will also admit, I am always a sucker for a man in a dress:
