Viral Video: Part 2 of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows"

This last installment in the excellent “Harry Potter” movie series looks like it is going to be the best–at least from the special effects bursting out of this trailer. It seems that no innovative digital wizardry was left on the drawing board, from giant flame monsters to sparkly explosions to a lovely delicate floating flower.

The newest trailer for the latest in the long-running movie series of the boy-who-lived wizard is finally showing just how dark magic can get. In the trailer for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1”–the book it is based on has been split into two parts–things are looking bleak for Harry, Hermione and Ron, who are now very much grown up, as creepy, face-deprived Voldemort steps up his game. Yipes!

Tim Armstrong Starts at AOL–His Entire 100-Day-Countdown-To-Magic Memo!

Former Google exec Tim Armstrong officially started his job as new AOL chairman and CEO today and sent out a hello-there memo to the troops. According to Armstrong, he is poised to “bring back the magic of AOL.” BoomTown loves magic tricks! Armstrong is also promising to look closely at AOL over the next 100 days, which “will end in Dulles with an All-Hands meeting in mid-July.”
