The seller: Sumner Redstone, who is desperately trying to sell off everything except his shares in CBS and Viacom in order to restructure a looming debt load.

Midway Games (MWY) shares have jumped 33 percent in the last two sessions for reasons that are not entirely obvious. There’s been no real news from the struggling video game maker that would explain the move.
