Yelp Hires CFO to Work on That Other Three-Letter Acronym

Local reviews site Yelp, which has said it intends to go public, today announced it has hired Rob Krolic to be its CFO. Krolic was CFO of the public online real estate company Move, and before that was at eBay and Shopping.com. Yelp had said in April it was looking for a new CFO in the lead-up to an IPO.

Zillow expects to secure almost $60 million in its initial public offering, which will value the company at close to $400 million, according to documents filed with the SEC today.
