HP Will Put Palm Print on Windows PCs

Finally, a bit of clarity on Hewlett-Packard’s plans to “drastically expand” its webOS operating system to the PC and their implications for Microsoft. HP may be going all-in with webOS, but not to the eventual exclusion of Windows. HP CTO Phil McKinney says the company is working on bringing an integrated WebOS experience to the PC.

HTC’s One-Button Facebook Phones Headed to ATT

Although they may not be the Salsa and Cha Cha models shown off on stage in Barcelona, AT&T said it will exclusively have HTC Android-based phones with a similar one-button access to Facebook.

What's Better Than One Screen? Two! Sprint Unveils Kyocera Echo.

Ahead of Apple’s iPhone launch on Verizon later this week, Sprint unveiled the Kyocera Echo, a dual-touchscreen smartphone. The Android phone, which looks a lot like a Nintendo DS, is being positioned against tablets because of better multitasking capabilities. It allows people to watch videos on one display while browsing on another. The Echo will be available this spring for $200 with a new contract. Monthly plans start at $80 for unlimited text, talk and data.
