Want an iPhone 4S, but didn’t manage to pre-order one in time? Better get your sidewalk camping gear in order. All three U.S. iPhone carriers have exhausted their supplies of iPhone 4Ss set aside for delivery tomorrow. Verizon and Sprint are sold out of the 16GB models, AT&T has extended its shipping time to 3-4 weeks and at Apple’s online store shipping times for all three carriers are currently listed at one to two weeks for all three 4S models.
