Nordstrom has agreed to acquire four-year-old HauteLook, marking the department store’s first foray into online private sales.

Skype and Avaya Sign Enterprise Deal

It’s taken about a year, but corporate phone equipment maker Avaya and consumer VoIP carrier Skype have finally inked their long-rumored partnership–a phased deal that will give Skype more access to the enterprise market.
