SingTel To Buy U.S.-Based Mobile Advertising Firm Amobee

Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. said it will acquire U.S.-based Amobee Inc., a provider of mobile advertising solutions, for about $321 million — the company’s first major acquisition since 2007.

Singapore’s 'Over-the-Top' iPhone 4 Launch

Apple’s new iPhone 4 went on sale in Singapore Friday, and its debut in this city state may have been more over-the-top than its U.S. debut last month.
