Here’s the debut trailer for “Iron Man 2,” the much anticipated sequel to the superhero smash-up starring Robert Downey Jr., who plays industrialist Tony Stark. In this movie, Stark–as well as War Machine, the alter ego of Col. James Rhodes, played by Don Cheadle–faces Mickey Rourke as Whiplash. Really, he has an electric lash he whips, as you will see.

Tiny Tim Takes Over AOL–But Does He Have Big Plans?

This is is just too cute to pass up. Apparently, some staffers at AOL are using a teeny-weeny cartoon of new CEO Tim Armstrong as the icon on their instant messaging program. Since he got the job, the big version of Armstrong has been busy making the rounds, even though he does not officially start until April 7. He’s been talking up many current and former AOLers–many from its glory days–to learn as much as he can about what he needs to do to force the once-mighty online icon back to relevance.

Cisco: The Comic Book?

On the eve of the debut of the much anticipated “Watchmen” movie from Warner Bros., Cisco seems to be getting into the superhero game, with an unusual marketing effort that uses sophisticated comic book characters to highlight its line of security products. More like Nerdmen! Except with more muscles and cooler outfits! On a new Web site that is now up, for a series called “The Realm,” Cisco seems to have gotten some cool original work from well-known Marvel Comics illustrator Mike Mayhew.
