Viral Video: Harry Potter Is in Big Trouble!

Here is the just-released new trailer from the first part of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” which is set to debut November 19. And, from the looks of it, things are not going to go well for the boy who did not die, as Voldemort seems very much in command in this darkest of movies in the long-running series.

The newest trailer for the latest in the long-running movie series of the boy-who-lived wizard is finally showing just how dark magic can get. In the trailer for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1”–the book it is based on has been split into two parts–things are looking bleak for Harry, Hermione and Ron, who are now very much grown up, as creepy, face-deprived Voldemort steps up his game. Yipes!

Last week, BoomTown posted on the amazing number of Joker impression videos related to the hit Batman movie, “The Dark Knight,” that were popping up all over the Web. Next up? Well, it seems the honor will be going to Harry Potter knockoffs and tributes, due to the upcoming sixth movie in the series about the boy wizard, “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.”

Another day, another round of internecine battling among the main players of the Internet’s longest-running soap opera. That would be Yahoo, Microsoft and Carl Icahn. It is a tussle that will make for daily drama until Yahoo’s August 1 annual meeting, where Icahn is waging a proxy fight for the company. For shareholders, it’s like deciding the lesser of three evils. Indeed, this is clearly no Harry Potter versus He-Who-Cannot-Be-Named kind of battle, even though it will be portrayed like that by all sides over the next weeks.
