Nook HD Tablet: Highest Resolution, Fewer Apps

The Nook HD stands out on the tablet market because it has the highest resolution of any seven-inch tablet, including the iPad Mini and Kindle Fire HD, Katie Boehret says. But compared to those two tablets, there are only 10,000 apps available for the Nook HD.
