China Takes Over the Internet; Strange Videos to Follow

China is about to surpass the U.S. as the country with the most Internet users.

The state-operated China Internet Network Information Center reports that 210 million Chinese were online by the end of 2007, just five million less than the number in the U.S. However, while the total represents about two-thirds of the U.S. population, China’s Internet penetration rate is only 16%.
