Ousted CEO Carol Bartz has also left her seat on Yahoo’s board, the company said: “On September 9, 2011, Carol Bartz resigned from the Board of Directors of Yahoo! Inc. effective immediately.” Now, despite a nondisparagement clause and disparaging statements about the board — including calling them “doofuses” — she is in line to get more than $10 million in severance payments.
