OpenFeint Appoints New CEO After Sudden Departure of Co-Founder Jason Citron
OpenFeint, a mobile social network recently purchased by Tokyo-based Gree for more than $100 million, said its co-founder and CEO, Jason Citron, is leaving to pursue new opportunities. The Burlingame, Calif.-based company said the role will be assumed by Naoki Aoyagi, an executive at Gree. As part of the transition, the companies will announce plans to integrate their respective U.S. operations over the next few weeks. Aoyagi joined Gree in 2006 and previously worked at Deutsche Bank.
