Google’s First National Offer is $25 for $15 at REI

Google Offers has landed its first national daily deal. Today, it is offering $25 worth of outdoor gear at REI for $15. Both Groupon and LivingSocial have used national deals to drive membership, but not necessarily to drive profits. Google also said today that it launched a standalone offers app on Android.
