Uber Will Appeal Colorado Ban
The Colorado Public Utilities Commission has recommended restrictions that would effectively ban Uber and its business in Denver. Administrative Law Judge Harris Adams, known for his opposition to Uber, on Aug. 2 recommended new rules against limos charging by time and mile, as well as parking near local businesses. Uber said today it planned to appeal.
