MyFitnessPal Raises $18M to Count More Calories
Calorie counter and diet community MyFitnessPal raised $18 million in its first round of funding from backers Kleiner Perkins and Accel Partners. Though the eight-year-old company has one of the cheesier names in the biz, it is adding 1.5 million users per month and is widely integrated into other fitness-tracking tools.
