Hearsay Social Raises $18M to Help Big Brands Get Social Locally
Just five months after launching, Hearsay Social has raised $18 million in Series B funding led by NEA and including Sequoia Capital for its social media products addressing large brands with local presences. The company also launched new features including a tracker for “rogue pages” that illicitly represent a company’s brand. Hearsay’s largest customer contingents are in retail, financial services and direct sales.
