Apple “Investigating” In-App Purchase Fraud

Apple says it is looking into reports that a Russian programmer has figured out how to make “in-app” purchases for free on some iOS applications. Statement from spokeswoman Natalie Harrison: “The security of the App Store is incredibly important to us and the developer community. We take reports of fraudulent activity very seriously and we are investigating.”
