Sure Enough, HP's webOS Is Headed to PCs

When HP talked about using the webOS operating system across multiple devices, it wasn’t just talking about mobile gadgets. At the company’s event today unveiling the TouchPad tablet and a pair of smartphones, HP, long a Windows shop, also announced that it will start selling webOS-based PCs later this year (as Digital Daily suggested it would last April). “Introducing webOS to our PC customers later this year will drastically expand the platform, for us and for our developers,” said Personal Systems Group Executive VP Todd Bradley.
