Big Blue reported third-quarter revenue of $24.7 billion, which fell short of the $25.3 billion figure analysts polled by Thomson Reuters were anticipating. The revenue shortfall marked the fifth straight quarter IBM’s top line has fallen below analysts’ expectations.
