Xiaomi sells out its supply in minutes each time it makes them available on its website.

At D: Dive Into Mobile, Xiaomi co-founder Bin Lin talked about the company, its sell-at-cost strategy and how it hopes to make money on services.

Lin, who previously worked for Microsoft and Google, also talked about the challenges that non-Chinese companies face in that market.
