Apple May Not Be Dishing on Wearable Devices, but Disney Is (Video)
If you plan on visiting Walt Disney World in the future, you might find that getting into the theme park, your hotel room, even purchasing souvenirs, will be a completely different experience. This is because the company is moving away from the traditional methods like paper tickets to technology like wearable bands and mobile apps to provide guests with a more personalized experience. Thomas Staggs, chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, showed off its new high-tech system at the 11th D: All Things Digital conference.
