Tesla to Join the Nasdaq 100

The good times keep rolling for Tesla Motors stock.

The Nasdaq next week will add Elon Musk’s luxury electric-car company to its index of the hundred biggest nonfinancial stocks, which powers the QQQ fund. Oracle is moving out of the index as it heads over to the New York Stock Exchange. Investors cheered the Tesla news, sending shares up 1.6 percent at the open of trading and giving the stock a shot at another all-time high.
