Late Monday, a district court judge declined to grant a ban on Samsung’s tablet, saying that it can’t do so prior to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., issuing a mandate in the case. Once that has happened, Apple can renew its request, the judge said.
