Zynga Sets IPO Price at $10
Social games maker Zynga Inc. priced its shares at $10 on Thursday, people familiar with the matter said, raising $1 billion in the biggest U.S. Internet debut since Google Inc.
The price for the 100 million shares being sold values the San Francisco company at $7 billion. Including unexercised options and warrants, the value is $8.9 billion.
